Nero d'Avola

A great Sicilian classic that represents one of the historical grape varieties of the island. A Nero d'Avola of rare elegance and refinement, it is characterized by an intense ruby red color with purple reflections and an intense scent.

TASTING NOTE
it is characterized by an intense ruby red color with purple reflections and an intense scent that reminds of morello cherry, wild berries, cloves, licorice and tobacco. The taste is elegant, warm and dry, with a full-bodied consistency.

ACCOMPANIMENT
To drink at 16 ° - 20 ° c., It accompanies dishes based on red meat, game and hard cheeses. It best expresses its qualities if uncorked half an hour before being served.
