Harvest: Early September.
 
FERMENTATION
Method: At controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks for about 10 days.

TASTING NOTES
Intense red colour, spincy aroma and complex taste.
 
ACCOMPANIMENT
All kinds of meat dishes.
Serve at 14-16°C.

Syrah: Considered the most Sicilian red berry wine. It is also the best know and requested around the world. Its presence on the island dates back to the Phoenician period but its cultivation began thank to the Greeks.
