Born in 1989, "Rosso Corleone" is perhaps one of the first red wines that made Nero d'Avola known and appreciated in the world. Seductive, warm, full-bodied and professional wine. With an elegant and dry taste, it is a wine for the whole meal. It goes well with meat dishes, mixed grills, game and hard cheeses. It is aged in oak barrels for about 8 months. The "Rosso Corleone" is excellent today but has a great structure capable of surprising even with the passing of the years. Grapes used: Nero d'Avola 50%, Merlot 30%, Cabernet Sauvignon 20%.

Jéroboam is a type of bottle usually used for limited editions and has a capacity of 3 liters, equal to 4 bottles of 0.75 liters.

TASTING NOTES
It is a wine characterized by an intense ruby red color and a scent which reminds of red fruits and tobacco with balsamic notes. The taste is warm and dry.

ACCOMPANIMENT
It is a wine for the whole meal to be combined perfectly with elaborate dishes of red meats, pork, lamb.
