Catarratto BIO

Obtained from Catarratto grapes from organic farming, it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Ample bouquet with hints of white flowers and a strong, full and harmonious flavor. Ideal with all dishes based on fish, shellfish and soft cheeses.

FERMENTATION
Harvesting method: Grapes are exclusively hand-picked and put into a wooden box
Method: Vinification at a controlled temperature.
Temperature: 16 - 18°C.
Duration: 10 - 12 days.
Malolactic: No.
Bottle aging: 3 months.

TASTING NOTE
It is characterized by a yellow color with greenish hues. The scent is broad, with hints of white flowers such as peach blossoms, citrus fruits and fresh almond.
In the mouth it is fresh and persistent, with a full and harmonious aftertaste.

ACCOMPANIMENT
Serve at 12°-14°C. Works well with all types of fish dishes, particularly shellfish. Also a suitable match for soft cheeses.
