Grapes used: Nero d'Avola, high-trained (typical Sicilian grape).
Harvest: Early September.
Bottling: Various batches.
 
FERMENTATION
Method: Maceration in stainless-steel vats.
Temperature: 28°C.
Duration: 3-4 days.
Malolactic: Yes.

TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby-red color.
Lively, sligtly fruity aroma.
Fresh and fruity in the mouth.
 
ACCOMPANIMENT
Best served when young, at 17°C.
An excellent accompaniment to any dish, it also works very well on its own.
 
Avaitable in 75 cl (25,4 fl. oz.) and 37,5 cl. (12,7 fl. oz..) bottles.
